Terms and conditions

This contract is concluded between the company AKIR SIA, registration number: 40103184308, legal address: Dravnieku 4-14, Riga, Latvia, LV-1021 (hereinafter referred to as Seller) and Buyer (hereinafter referred to as Buyer), who makes a purchase in online shop ILIFIA, www.ilifia.com.
While making the order in online shop ILIFIA, you confirm that you have read the “Distance contract” and agree with its terms.

1. Ordering of items

1.1. The Buyer orders the items in Seller’s online shop ILIFIA, at www.ilifia.com.
1.2. After making the order the Buyer receives an automatic account to the specified e-mail. From that moment the order is considered to be confirmed, and the contract comes into force. If you have not received an automatic account, it means that the order was not completed or the bank cannot withdraw from your account the necessary amount and therefore we have not accepted your order and this contract shall not come into force.
1.3. If the Buyer made the payment through the electronic payment system (payment by credit card or via PayPal), the Buyer receives confirmation of payment to the specified e-mail.
1.4. If the Buyer has chosen the method of payment - bank transfer, the Buyer should pay the automatic account, received during the ordering process, within 5 working days. If the Buyer have not paid the account within 5 working days, the order is considered to be cancelled and the contract to be terminated. Account is considered to be paid after the full amount will be transferred to the Seller’s bank account, specified in the electronic account, received by the Buyer.
1.5. If the Buyer chooses the payment after delivery (only in Latvia), then within 1 working day Buyer will receive to the specified e-mail the order confirmation with additional information about the possible date of delivery and the further coordination of the delivery will be carried out by telephone and / or e-mail.

2. Price of items

2.1. All prices in online shop ILIFIA include VAT 21%.
2.2. The price of the items and order amount is the same as specified in the electronic invoice and remains unchanged until the fulfilment of all obligations under this contract.
2.3. The price on the website is posted without the cost of delivery.
2.4. If the order is delivered beyond the EU territory, the customs service of the Buyer’s country may request the payment of customs duties and taxes, according to the laws of the Buyer’s state. These customs duties and taxes are paid by the Buyer upon the receipt of order.

3. Delivery of items and timing of orders

3.1. The costs and types of delivery are specified in the Delivery section as of the time of making the order.
3.2. The delivery of items is carried out to the countries, specified in the list of countries. If a country is not specified in that list, then the delivery to that country is not carried out.
3.3. The Seller shall send the order by past no later than within 5 working days after the receipt of payment for the order.
3.4. If the Seller cannot fulfil the terms of the present contract due to the fact that for some reason the items are not available, the Seller should immediately inform the Buyer of that fact and refund the paid amount for the order, unless the parties agree otherwise.
3.5. Date of receipt of items depends on the timely payment for the order, on the country and address of the delivery, on the postal service, on fulfilling of the delivery of this order and does not directly depend on the Seller.
3.6. Courier delivery is possible only in Riga. Beyond the borders of the Riga delivery is possible only by post, to the specified post office.
3.7. Once a year the store is closed for 2 weeks, during which orders are received and confirmed to be paid, but the delivery order within these 2 weeks is not made. Information about a working time of shop and delivery are placed in section Delivery & Returns.

4. Quality and guarantees

4.1. The Seller offers a 2 year guarantee for manufacturing defects of all items listed for sale in online shop ILIJIA. The guarantee does not cover defects, caused by improper care of items, as well as in the case of natural wear and tear of items.
4.2. The warranty is in force by the provision of a document, certifying the purchase in Internet shop ILIFIA.

5. Right to return items

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return items within 15 days after the receipt of the items, without any explanation of the reasons for refusal. The Buyer has the right to fit on the item. In such a case we ask the Buyer to take care of the original items packaging and in case of return of items to return it with packaging. Also the Buyer should not remove tags from the item.
5.2. This item should not be used, should not have smells (cigarettes, deodorants, perfumes), should not have spots. So please do not fit on clothes next to skin and use a special backings for the breast.
5.3. In case of return of items the Buyer pays all redelivery. If the buyer uses the right of return in case of defective items, all redelivery costs are paid by the Seller. In case of return of items the Seller does not refund the costs, related to the payment of import duties and taxes of delivery.
5.4. In case of return of items the Buyer should return the items and completed return form, as well as in the case of the defects to attach the check, certifying the costs of delivery of the items. Items should be sent by post to the address, specified in the Seller's return form.
5.5. If the Buyer has fulfilled all the conditions within 5 working days upon the receipt of the items, the Seller shall transfer the full amount of the order to the account, specified in the return form.
5.6. For reasons of hygiene the buyer cannot use the right of goods refund and cannot return the purchased briefs (KM Regulation № .207, 15.3).

6. Right to refuse the order.

6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse an order, if the Seller has not fulfilled the terms of the contracts and exceeded the deadlines, specified in this contract and in the Delivery section. In all other cases you cannot refuse the order.
6.2. If the Seller does not take out of the post office the delivered order, the package will be kept at the post office in accordance with the rules of the post service and then will be returned back to the Seller. After the return the order will be stored in a warehouse of the Seller for three months. During this period the Seller may make an agreement with the Seller of the delivery of the order and pay the additional costs, related to the first delivery and redelivery.

7. Additional conditions

7.1. Description of items is informative and use of this information does not put on legal obligations between the Buyer and Seller. Seller is not responsible for the display of items, as it depends on the technical feasibilities of the Buyer's monitor. Before making the order the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller for further details of the items. In turn, the Seller will do everything possible to provide the Buyer with the exact information of the offered items.
7.2. All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller will be resolved by negotiation. Otherwise, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Latvian Republic.
7.3. The present contract was drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers № 207 of May 28, 2002 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”.
